Meeting Minutes and Financial reports

Board Meetings are held at 3:00 PM on the third Monday of the month. The location and agenda are posted in the kiosks located near the mail boxes and through e-news blasts. All homeowners are invited to attend. A Member's Forum is included as part of the agenda of every meeting. There are no board meetings during the months of June, July and August. 

Annual HOA Meetings are held every February in conjunction with the Potato Bake social event.
